Where do you ship?
We currently ship with same day local delivery in Bali. Sign up to our newsletter for more info when we have expanded our delivery network. All orders are dispatched from our Lab in Seseh, Bali.
How long does delivery take?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow for a delivery time of up to 4 hours depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Orders placed before 1 PM are sent with same-day delivery. Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the following day.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and local Indonesian payment methods via Xendit — including GoPay, OVO, DANA, and virtual account transfers. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Can i pay in cash at the workshop?
Yes — cash is accepted for in-store purchases and workshop bookings made directly at our Seseh studio.
Sizing & Fit
How do i find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing against the chart. If you're between sizes, size up — our fabrics have a natural stretch.

Do your pieces run true to size
Our swimwear is cut to a close, supportive fit. If you prefer more coverage or a relaxed feel, we recommend sizing up.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can i return my order?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us on Whatsap +62 823-1404-3367 within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
What if my item doesn't fit?
We offer exchanges for a different size or store credit, provided items are unworn, with hygiene sticker and tags intact, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at hello@bikinilab.co before sending anything back — we'll guide you through the process.
Are Lab Kits eligible for exchange?
Unopened kits can be exchanged within 7 days. Once a kit has been opened, we're unable to process an exchange.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my bikini?
Hand wash only in cold water with a gentle detergent. Do not use machine washing, hand wringing, or tumble drying — these break down the fabric's elasticity over time and will damage any design components you have added to your bikini. Always gently rinse your bikini after contact with salt water, chlorine, or sunscreen.
Always lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
How do i care for embellishments & rhinestones?
Rinse gently by hand — do not scrub embellished areas. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid soaking for extended periods, and keep away from harsh chemicals. With proper care, embellishments are designed to hold through regular wear and swimming.
How do i store my bikini?
A protective swim bag is included with each order. Store flat or loosely folded in a cool, dry place. Avoid compressing embellished pieces under heavy items.
