Refund policy

At Bikini Lab, each Lab Kit is carefully assembled by hand. Please read this policy before completing your purchase.

Lab Kits
Unopened Lab Kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the kit must be in its original, sealed condition — unused and undamaged. Returns on opened kits are not accepted.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@bikinilab.co with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Swimwear
Due to hygiene reasons, returns on swimwear are not accepted. Exchanges are available for unworn swimwear only, provided all tags and the hygiene protection sticker remain intact and attached. To request an exchange, contact us at hello@bikinilab.co within 7 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bikinilab.co with photographic evidence. We will assess each case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
