Refund policy
Lab Kits - Design Your Bikini At Home
Unopened Lab Kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the kit must be in its original, sealed condition — unused and undamaged. Returns on opened kits are not accepted.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@bikinilab.co with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Swimwear
Due to hygiene reasons, returns on swimwear are not accepted. Exchanges are available for unworn swimwear only, provided all tags and the hygiene protection sticker remain intact and attached. To request an exchange, contact us at hello@bikinilab.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bikinilab.co with photographic evidence. We will assess each case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
The Lab — Workshop Sessions
Sessions at The Lab (Seseh) are booked by appointment, with limited seats per session.
Rescheduling: sessions may be rescheduled once, free of charge, with at least 12 hours' notice before your session time. Contact hello@bikinilab.co with your booking reference.
Cancellations: cancellations made with at least 12 hours' notice receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable.
No-shows: no-shows without prior notice are treated as a completed session and are non-refundable.
Late arrivals: a 15-minute grace period applies. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes past the session start time will be treated as a no-show, as later sessions cannot be delayed.
Private villa sessions follow a separate confirmation and cancellation agreement issued at time of booking, given the distance and facilitation planning involved.
