Payment
We are a cashless store — we don't accept cash payments in person or online.
We accept:
- International cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Xendit, our secure international payment gateway
- Indonesian debit/credit cards, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), and QRIS/Virtual Account via Doku and Xendit
All transactions are processed securely and encrypted — we never store your card details.
Arrival
Traffic in Bali can be unpredictable; arrive 5–10 minutes before your slot to allow our facilitators to promptly guide you through your session.
Cancellation
Full payment for the workshop is taken at booking. Free reschedule up to 12 hours before your slot. Cancellations inside 12 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
