Shipping policy

Bikini Lab currently ships within Bali only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery
Deliveries within Bali are fulfilled via same-day or next-day courier service (GoSend or Grab Express), depending on your location and time of order. A flat shipping fee of IDR 50,000 applies to all orders.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery within Bali is 1–2 hours for same-day orders placed before 2PM, or next business day for orders placed after this time. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier availability or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via the contact details provided at checkout.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your order.
